Each purchase:

- Grants access to a clearly defined event or experience
- Is intended for direct participation on the ByGift platform

- Stored value or prepaid balances

2. Experience-Based Access Model
ByGift operates a direct access model:
- A user selects a digital event or experience
- The user completes a purchase
- Access to that event is provided immediately within the ByGift platform
- The user activates access and participates in the experience
Once access is provided and the service becomes available, the digital service is considered initiated and in the process of being fulfilled.
3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase. However, by completing a purchase on ByGift, you expressly agree that:
- The digital service begins immediately after purchase
- Access to the selected experience is provided without delay
- You request immediate performance of the service
As a result, your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has begun, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided where:
- Access to the experience has been delivered successfully delivered
- The experience has been accessed, activated, or made available
- The event has been accessed or participated in
- The purchase was made intentionally and correctly
- You change your mind after purchase
- Incorrect recipient details were provided
- You fail to attend or participate in a scheduled experience
Once access is made available, the transaction is considered final and non-reversible.
5. Eligible Refund Cases (Limited)
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:
- Access was not delivered due to a verified technical issue
- Payment was processed but no access was delivered
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error
- Transaction is proven to be unauthorized (e.g., account or payment method misuse), following investigation.

6. Ineligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Successfully delivered access to an experience
- Activated or used access
- Completed or partially accessed experiences
- User errors (including incorrect email or recipient details)
- Dissatisfaction with the event or experience
- Failure to attend or participate
- Promotional or discounted purchases
7. Refund Request Process
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under Section 5, you must:
